6. Late Payment Policy
If payment for any invoice related to web design, development, application deployment, security integration, software sales, or other services is not received within 10 days of the due date—and no later than 90 days thereafter—a late payment penalty of 10% per month (or fraction thereof) on the outstanding amount will be applied. This penalty is capped at the maximum amount permitted by law.
